Answer:- Students are the future citizens of the country. Society gives them everything. In return, they should also do for society. They are active and generous and have much time to spare. The vast field of doing social work is open to them. They may fight illiteracy by conducting night classes and teaching the poor reading and writing. They can undertake slum clearnce programme and arrange blood donation and eye operation camps. In times of flood, famine, earthquake or epidemic, students can render yeoman’s service to the society. All these create great fellow feeling. The youthful energy may thus be best utilised in doing social service for the benefit of the society.
