COOKING OF RICE
Rice is our daily food. The process of preparation of rice passes through the following stages.A certain quantity of rice and water are taken in a pen. It is put on a burning stove or oven.Water is boiled for 30 to 35 minutes to soften the rice. Then the rice is tested to see if it is properly boiled. Now it becomes proper time for separation of the watery contest.The pan is now covered with a lid and titled to let the water run out. The lid is then removed. The watery content evaporates.Rice is now ready to be served.
